REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AquaBoost TraxLog purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return policy below. To initiate a return, contact us at support@aquaboosttech.com before sending any items back.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return and full refund, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Be in its original condition — unused and uninstalled.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, cables, and documentation.
- Not show signs of physical damage, water damage, or modification.
Items that have been installed, connected to a vehicle diagnostic port, or show evidence of use may not qualify for a full refund and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to items returned in non-original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items with missing components, original packaging, or documentation.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or water ingress beyond the product's IP rating.
- Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email support@aquaboosttech.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your TraxLog arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Refundable Fees
Shipping costs and Stripe payment processing fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund issued.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Credit card processing times vary by bank and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
