SHIPPING POLICY

Overview
AquaBoost LLC ships all orders from New York, United States. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. This policy outlines our shipping methods, timeframes, and related information.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Typical delivery timeframe after shipment is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
At this time, AquaBoost LLC ships to the United States only. International shipping is not currently available. We may expand to international shipping in the future — check back for updates.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier is selected at our discretion for standard shipping orders.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order ships. Use this number on the carrier's website to track your shipment. AquaBoost LLC is not responsible for tracking information delays from the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
AquaBoost LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and any other household members.
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@aquaboosttech.com.
We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a resolution, but replacement shipments for packages confirmed as delivered are at our sole discretion.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and product before accepting or opening the package if possible. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aquaboosttech.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
