This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if AquaBoost LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall AquaBoost LLC's total liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
